Tikka Masala Curry Round Steak

The other night I was desperate for a warm comforting meal but had nothing planned. I scoured the cupboards and fridge and came up with this! It turned out to be a huge hit and it will be on the menu again soon! And don't forget to enter the March Giveaway this weekend!
This was the inspiration: a jar of Tikka Masala Curry, a bag of fresh spinach, and basmati rice! Just add a few round steaks (the butcher might also call them cube steaks) and a bit of butter to sear them in.
Quickly sear the round steak in a large pan, about 3 minutes on each side. On a side note, get that rice going! It takes about 20 minutes to cook, just follow the instructions on your bag.
Add the jar of sauce and 1/2 cup of beef broth. Simmer for about 15 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Pour the bag of spinach in and carefully fold in.
As soon as it has cooked down you can call it done :)
Serve over basmati rice and enjoy!
Here's the proof that the kids totally dug it too! Try it I promise it will be a hit!
