Weekend in Review

Happy Monday y'all! Hopefully your weekend was restful and you stayed warm and toasty. It got downright freezing here but the good news is that it was a productive cold and we got our first snow, well flurry dusting is more accurate! Woo Hoo! Bill thinks I'm nuts with my weather theories but I'm perfectly happy in the cold if it is snowing. I know I'm weird! So besides our little dinner-date which was wonderful, we stayed close to home, enjoying our fireplace and putzing around the house. Here are a few pictures:

I'm sure you've seen yarn wreaths all over Pintrest lately. I think they are pretty cute and I had a wreath form lying around so I'm going to give it a try. There will be a tutorial for it up by the end of the week. Don't you just love the teeth marks? Thank you Jack ;)

The first snowfall I've seen since leaving Cali! I love snow at night, so peaceful :)

I made a few Valentine's Day hair bows for Will's girlfriends. It's helpful that there are only 2 girls in his pre-k class! That poor teacher, bless her heart, by the time I pick up Will she looks exhausted as little boys come spilling out of her classroom!

Here we are headed to church but first a quick picture of my little tykes getting to see snow for the first time!

Have a great Monday! Laundry laundry laundry is what's on my list today! Also, the floors are so close to being ready for a feature post! Bill needs probably one more weekend to finish the transitions and then I can show you! Oh, and I know I need to get a few recipes up on here. Whew! What would you like to see?
