My mom is here for a long weekend visit. The boys woke up at the crack of dawn and waited all day for her to arrive. Those of you who have experienced a "mimi visit" know it's like a trip to Disneyland for the kids. She has endless amounts of energy, a wild imagination, and the ability to captivate my boys and any other children in a 1 mile radius! It will be a fun weekend indeed!
The picture above was taken this morning while they were watching cartoons and waiting for her arrival. Of all the places to sit in the living room they pick the hard, cold and very uncomfortable toy chest! Silly boys, don't you know that gets momma's crafty side of her brain ticking?! Wouldn't a cute little seat cushion be adorable on there?
On a side note, thanks to Mimi's visit the house is pretty clean so I managed to take pictures of all the rooms and can finally show you all the changes and the FLOORS! Look for that post tomorrow!
Think my kids miss Mimi as much as they miss ya'll! Logan still has that silly little aquarium thing she gave him & Peyton's nail file is one of her prized treasures she carries in that purse you made & gave her!
