Fourth of July Recap

Happy Friday to y'all!
I hope your Fourth of July was beautiful, restful and full of celebration!

We spent the morning at "secret beach," paddle boarding, swimming and picnic lunching.
It was a gorgeous day to spend outside!
We BBQ'd  at our house in the evening with family.
It was simple and everyone had a good time.

Leave it to Papa to bring a ton of fireworks for the boys!
The squeals of delight mixed with slight fearfulness could be heard a mile away.
Jack ended up watching the show from the safety of the craft room with Mimi but Will enjoyed
every second. So much so that I think I'm going to have to keep my eye on him when he gets older....sigh.... ;)
Jack is very much into silly faces right now and Will is working through that awkward smile face....
so here ya go, the best I could get!
Mr. Doozie was a machine, between hauling beach stuff out for us, to setting up decorations, to rocking the world's yummiest ribs....I couldn't have done nearly as good a job of hosting this year's celebrations without this man! Gosh I love him :)

Happiest of holiday weekends to y'all!
I think I'm ready to jump back in on Monday with posts,
goodness knows I have a million to share!
