Easter Weekend Recap

Did y'all have a great weekend???? I hope so! It was a fun filled weekend for us and the boys had an "eggcellent" time ;) Haha, I can really make myself laugh! (insert Bill rolling his eyes) Oh, and before I forget this is the last week to enter the April Giveaway!

Here's what we were up to!

I came up with a wildly easy cake recipe that the boys helped me name: The Strawberry Lemonade Cake. I'll share the recipe tomorrow!

The boys had a blast dying their eggs on Saturday! Then my SIL and I used an idea from Durango Mom and decorated a few with Sharpies! So fun!

Opening their Easter basket gifts. We kept it simple this year, two little gifts each plus a chocolate bunny :)

Jack really does need a hair cut....

The boys were all about the food....errr...the cake I should say.

Getting ready to hunt eggs. I love Jack's stance and game face! This child will be in sports for sure :)

Bill found 3 large eggs with matchbox cars in them. One for each little guy to find. It was the highlight of their day!
